Bridge Wise Africa specializes in conference secretariat services, event planning and management, delegate and speaker management, and stakeholder engagement. 3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for the execution of our services. The client retains full responsibility for the safety, security, and behavior of their delegates, staff, and contractors unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services will be explicitly outlined in the formal quote and subsequent contract. A deposit is typically required to commence services, with the balance due as per the agreed schedule. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services without liability to the Company.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Given the rigorous planning involved in event management, cancellation policies are strictly enforced to cover incurred costs, vendor commitments, and reserved time. Specific cancellation conditions, including timelines and penalty percentages, will be clearly stated in your individual event contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, systems, designs, and content provided by Bridge Wise Africa remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or utilize these materials outside the scope of the specific contracted event without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Wise Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services.
